I forced myself to make a head canon this week! AND THIS CAME OUT OF MY BRAIN!

Growing up, Lin never had to face the ‘boogyman’ or any other mythical creatures. No, her mother always tried to scare her with the infamous “Melon Lord” act. This tactic usually did work in scaring her daughter in doing her chores and eating her vegetables. It was ‘sweet’ for Toph.

But eventually this ‘melon lord’ effect started wearing off Lin, mainly because Toph kept grabbing the wrong fruit…

I wonder if I can crank out more head canons…

Thanks, I was starting to run low on those... GOD I hate spring allergies.

But, whoever was the father and husband of this lovely family (he must have been either a really tough guy or somebody really quickly regenerating) must have had a LOT of laugh with situations like those...

Love it! Lin and Toph are my favorite characters (Lin being one of the coolest in my opinion). This is so cute, and wonderfully drawn!
