Older Melvin-Commission

I'm pretty shocked that people are commissioning me for Melvin (well my version anyways)...
I'm kinda proud of that. Mainly because I've reached a conclusion for Melvin in my headcanon world. (HA). One thing that the commissioner wanted was to draw Melvin in underwear, and I told myself I would be fine with this. If you want to see that, click here: [link]

The reason why I accepted, is the same as the other drawing (you know the nude one?): I want to challenge myself. This and I like the idea of working with Melvin's body type. She's very... squishy? Is that the word? I figure Melvin is pretty thick, and curvy. It's contrasting with her forced childlike personality. Which makes it more difficult for her to ignore the fact that she's growing up.

...and I wanted her to have meat on her bones because, well. According to most latin blooded people I know (Parents, brothers, family etc.), they like a girl who is strong and has some child bearing hips XD I MEAN HAVE YOU SEEN ANY SPANISH NETWORK TV SHOW!? HAVE YOU SEEN THE WOMEN!? big n bouncy am I right? I'll shut up about that now. It makes me smile how different cultures have different definitions of beauty... Which is why I feel Mas Y Menos would totally be infatuated with her. HA.

So yes, I accepted because I wanted to figure out how her body would look like. I'm still working on it. I think I want a bit more pudge. But other than that, I'm content.
