It took me forever to finish her hair! And I can't believe I ended up erasing most of her little detail. All and all I don't care. I kinda got it how I wanted to have it :3

So who is she exactly? Sorry that I can't make it obvious first, but second: This is Allison Harvard. The girl who should have won americas next top model ... TWICE! but oh well....

I love her look, her attitude, and guys... she's a meme! Known as Creepy-chan! Also she's one of us aspiring artists! Her love of art made her go through with modeling....
